After several months of demanding negotiations, which INAŠ and SING started in December 2025, we reached an agreement with the Employer on increasing the basic monthly gross salaries for all TIFON employees and on improving additional material rights.
At the sessions of the competent bodies of representative trade unions, held on 8 May in Zagreb, the completion of another extremely demanding cycle of collective negotiations in the INA Group was analysed and decisions were made on the signing of collective agreements.
Three representative trade unions – SING, INAŠ and EKN officially addressed the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Croatia with the aim of pointing out the consequences of regulating the prices of petroleum products on the operations of INA Group and, consequently, on the position of workers.
Collective bargaining with the employer is always a demanding process, but on this occasion the gap between the demands of representative unions and the employer's offer has never been greater.
An election Assembly was held at the Jurjevec Castle Hotel in Brežane Lekenicki. For the new mandate period, the bodies of the trade unions were elected.

Yesterday, the Workers' Council, an important body that has been operating in INA continuously since 2011, was dissolved. For the first time in 14 years, we will not have a Workers' Council.
Salaries and rights in Petrol are increasing! An addendum to the collective agreement was signed between the Trade Union of Croatia, INAŠ and Petrol d.o.o., which ensured significant improvements in the material rights of employees – higher salaries, new bonuses and a clearer remuneration system.
