GROWTH OF WAGES AND MATERIAL RIGHTS IN TIPHON

NEGOTIATIONS ARE NEVER HARDER, THE DETERMINATION OF THE TRADE UNIONS HAS NEVER BEEN GREATER!

Collective bargaining with the employer is always a demanding process, but on this occasion the gap between the demands of representative unions and the employer's offer has never been greater.

INFO NO2

Previous meetings have not led to a significant convergence of positions. At the moment, the proposals offered by the employer to the unions are not acceptable. We hope that the employer will recognize the need and opportunity to make a significant step forward in material rights and working conditions, because our workers deserve it, and the owners have the means, but at the moment they lack the will and vision. It is our responsibility to ensure that every deal is fair and sustainable for the workers we represent.

The unions entered the negotiations prepared and with clearly formulated and reasoned proposals that reflect the expectations and needs of our members. Our goal is to fight for the improvement of material rights, higher salaries and incomes, and better working and living conditions.

In addition to the issues of salary increases and material rights, topics that directly affect everyday work are again on the table, including training during working hours, work in high temperature conditions, the use of paid leave for blood donation, for the first days of kindergarten and school, and the equalization of allowances for work in difficult conditions for all INA Group companies.

The strength of the union has always been in the number and unity of its members. We are ready to continue the fight for the rights of our members using all trade union activities and legal means at our disposal. That is why we will continue to inform you in a timely manner about the progress of the negotiations, through bulletins and trade union commissioners, and, possibly, at some point, invite you to jointly show the Employer how much we care about fair working conditions and the dignity of every employee in the INA Group.
