Privacy Policy

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU, 2016/679) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette, 42/2018) regulate the protection of personal data of each individual.

INAŠ - Oil Industry Union (OIB: 78734140349), Trg Senjskih uskoka 2, 10000, Zagreb, as the personal data controller, regulates the management of structured personal data sets, the principles of personal data processing, the conditions of consent, the processing of special categories of personal data, the provision of information and access to personal data, rectification and deletion, the right to object and automated individual decision-making, the obligations of the controller regarding the security of processing, and technical and integrated data protection, appointment of personal data protection officers, etc.

Collection, processing and storage of personal data

Personal data is processed on the basis of a legal obligation, a person's consent or another legitimate basis. For each data collected from individuals, all reasonable technical and organizational security measures are taken to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing, loss, destruction or damage to the data. The access, use and maintenance of personal data is supervised, and security measures are continuously improved in accordance with technological development.

User rights

At any time, each person has the right to request access to their personal data from the personal data controller. In addition to requesting access, the person has the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and portability of personal data, and the right to object to the processing itself. These rights are exercised by submitting a request to the e-mail address of the Personal Data Protection Officer at INAŠ - Oil Industry Union.

Data Protection Officer

According to the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette 103/03, 118/06, 41/08, 130/11, 106/12) on the lawfulness of personal data processing and the exercise of the right to personal data protection, the accounts are kept by the Personal Data Protection Officer. In addition to the above duties, the officer informs all persons employed in the processing of personal data of the necessity of applying the regulations on personal data protection in cases of planning and actions that may have an impact on privacy issues and personal data protection. Use of cookies

The website inas.hr uses cookies to track visit statistics. We do not require you to submit information in order to provide you with access to our sites, and we do not ask you to disclose more information than is actually necessary. When you visit our websites, our web server always stores the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visited us, the websites you viewed during your visit, and the date and time of your visit. Our cookies do not contain specific personal information, so your privacy remains protected, because it is not personal data, i.e. we do not use the personal data collected in this way to identify you.

The IP address is transmitted with each request sent to the server, so the server knows where the response must be sent. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) assigns everyone an IP address when they connect to the Internet. An ISP can track which IP address is assigned to individual users at any given time. As long as the stored IP address is not deleted, the identity of the end user can theoretically be obtained via the ISP. For this reason, the Controller does not store the IP addresses of visitors, but uses them only for the purpose of recognizing the session and defending against attacks. Therefore, the IP address is deleted immediately afterwards, so that the data collected remains anonymous and the identity of the end user cannot be ascertained even through the ISP.

GDPR consent

By filling out the application form or the information questionnaire with which I will initiate communication, I expressly give my consent for INAŠ - Oil Industry Union (OIB: 78734140349), Trg Senjskih uskoka 2, 10000, Zagreb, as the Controller, to process my personal data for the purpose of membership, providing service information, contacting through direct promotional campaigns in which the Controller participates. I declare that I give INAŠ - Oil Industry Union explicit authorization to contact me via email, phone and in person for the above purpose.

I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent can be made at any time via e-mail sent to the address: info@inas.hr, which must contain a statement on the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, without special explanations.

This consent is valid until my withdrawal and I agree that INAŠ - Oil Industry Union processes my above-mentioned personal data for the purposes described until I notify them otherwise by withdrawing my consent.

I understand that I have the right to access personal data, limit processing, and rectify and delete personal data.
