President of the Assembly
The Assembly of the Union shall be managed by the President of the Assembly, who shall be elected from among the members of the Assembly, by secret ballot at the Assembly. He is a member of the Chief and Executive Commission.
The competencies of the President of the Assembly can be found in the Statute of the INAŠ Trade Union.
The President of the Assembly of INAŠ is Zvonimir Bartulović.
President of the Trade Union
The President of the Union shall represent and represent the Union to other Trade Unions, to the employer, to government bodies and institutions, to the public and to all legal and natural persons. The President of the Union shall be elected from among the members of the Union at the Assembly of the Union by secret ballot. He is a member of the Executive Committee.

General Commission
The General Commission is the highest body of the Union between the two Assemblies. It consists of the chief commissioners of the trade union groups, their deputies and the President of the Assembly. The President of the Assembly shall convene and chair the sessions of the Main Commission.

Executive Commission
The Executive Commission is the executive body of the General Commission and the advisory body of the President of the Union. The Executive Commission is the holder and proposer of all activities of the Union in accordance with the adopted Work Program of the Union.
The Executive Commission shall consist of: the President of the Assembly of the Union, the President of the Union and the Executive Trade Union Commissioners. The President of the Union shall convene sessions and manage the work of the Executive Commission.

Commission of Trade Union Groups
The Commission of the Trade Union Group shall consist of elected and appointed Commissioners of the Trade Union Group by territorial affiliation and parts of the work process. The work of INAŠ is organized through 25 trade union groups. The commissioners of the trade union group shall elect the chief commissioner from among themselves.

Supervisory Board
The Assembly of the Union shall elect by secret ballot the Supervisory Board, which shall consist of five members, with the President being elected from among the members at the constituent session.
The task of the Supervisory Board is to supervise the assets and financial operations of the Union. The Supervisory Board meets at least once every three months, on which it submits a report to the General Commission and the Assembly of the Union.

Statutory Board
The Assembly of the Union shall elect the Statutory Board of five members by secret ballot, with the President being elected from among the members at the constituent session.
The task of the Statutory Board is to interpret the provisions of the Statute, to consider and propose amendments to the Statute and to assess the compliance of the adopted decisions and general acts with the Statute. The Statutory Board meets as needed, and submits a report on its work to the General Commission and the Assembly of the Union.
