INAŠ Trade Union represents workers in retail services of INA (INA RETAIL SERVICES d.o.o.) through 20 trade union groups and has been operating since 2015. It has five executive and fifteen chief commissioners and operates in several regions and sub-regions of Croatia.

The Crosco trade union group has two members, and the chief commissioner is Snježana Maršić. The group covers the whole of Croatia.

The STSI company has a trade union group of the same name with two active members, and the main commissioner is Marjan Božek. The group covers the whole of Croatia.

For the Plinacro trade union group, the executive commissioner is Hrvoje Lajh. The group covers the whole of Croatia.

There are two active members in the INA Lubricants trade union group, and the Chief Commissioner is Irwan Padmosoekarto. The group covers the whole of Croatia.

There is a trade union group in the company Plavi Tim, in which Vjekoslav Torinek is the chief commissioner.
