Addendum to the Collective Agreement of Petrol d.d. signed – joint statement of the trade union and the employer

Salaries and rights in Petrol are increasing! An addendum to the collective agreement was signed between the Trade Union of Croatia, INAŠ and Petrol d.o.o., which ensured significant improvements in the material rights of employees – higher salaries, new bonuses and a clearer remuneration system.

Improved working conditions, higher remuneration and a more productive remuneration system for those who are employed within the salary grades from the Collective Agreement of Petrol d.o.o.
We are pleased to announce that an addendum to the Collective Agreement for Petrol d.o.o. has been concluded between the Trade Union of Croatia, INAŠ and Petrol d.o.o., which provides significant improvements in the material rights of employees, with a special emphasis on salary increases and additional benefits. The Petrol Group remains unwaveringly committed to continuously improving working conditions, strengthening social dialogue and ensuring the long-term well-being of its employees. These improvements represent not only a significant step forward in creating a safer, more stable and more supportive work environment, but also a clear demonstration of our strategic vision – investing in people as the foundation of our success.

We have committed that basic salaries will be raised at least to the level of the minimum wage in the country. This obligation applies to all future periods, because in the systematization we have clearly defined that every job is tied to this standard. This is a guarantee of fairer and more dignified working conditions for all!

In accordance with the agreement reached, all changes will be applied to the work performed from 01.03.2025, and the first payment will be for the month of March.

  • The basic contracted gross salaries of all employees will be increased by at least 9% for those who are employed within the salary grades from the Collective Agreement of Petrol d.o.o., which directly contributes to the improvement of their financial position
  • An increase in certain non-taxable amounts of solidarity aid. For example, Solidarity assistance for the birth of a child increases by 100%
  • Increase of the non-taxable meal allowance from EUR 66.37 to EUR 75.00 as of 1 September 2025
  • Difficult working conditions – an increased salary of 5% is additionally prescribed for jobs with difficult working conditions
  • Simplification of the holiday allowance calculation system – in such a way that the holiday allowance is increased from 40% to 140% of the basic salary, at the same time the holiday allowance for employees who work on holidays, which has been 100% so far, is abolished
  • Change in the payroll system in Retail – a higher amount of fixed salary, and a decrease in the variable part of the salary.
  • With a 9% increase in the basic contracted gross salary, retail employees at points of sale are additionally promoted from one to three salary grades, depending on the current position they hold.
